A locked app won’t open, even after meditating

Open Dopamine Jail once. The app re-applies your unlock whenever it comes to the foreground.

“Meditate now” on the shield doesn’t open the app

iOS doesn’t let a shield open another app directly, so Dopamine Jail sends you a notification instead. Make sure notifications are on in Settings › Notifications › Dopamine Jail.

I want to stop using it

Turn off maximum security (it takes effect the next day), then delete the app. Deleting the app removes every lock.
